Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We're happy to help in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate.
• Technical issue — if you're unable to access or download your file due to a technical problem on our end, we'll resolve it or issue a full refund.
• Accidental purchase before download — if you contact us before accessing the file, we'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Please email us at support@socialscienceswithrhi.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
